We are recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization. Publications produced by Agroforestry Net, Inc. are available to the public at agroforestry.net. Our activities are supported by donations from individuals. Agroforestry Net’s activities include: Hosting agroforestry.net a website compiling free, practitioner-oriented information about all things related to agroforestry, fostering the use and conservation of trees, and environmentally sustainable stewardship of land and water. Distribution and archiving The Overstory, a bimonthly e-mail agroforestry journal with subscribers in over 185 countries. Distribution of Species Profiles for Pacific Island Agroforestry, a series of species fact sheets. Distribution of Agroforestry Guides for the Pacific Islands, USDA-Western Sustainable Agriculture Research and Extension (WSARE) supported publications for extension and pratitioners. Hosting The Agroforester's Library, a list of resources recommended by agroforestry experts from around the world.
