All items are prepared fresh & made-to-order, planned to be ready right before pickup for maximum home-baked freshness. I can veganize, make gluten-free, soy-free, and/or nut-free just about any baked goods! In general, just about anything you see here can be made available gluten free for a small fee (some soy-free items will also incur an additional $5 charge), ~ in general - most gluten-free cupcakes are $36/dozen. I love learning to prepare & veganize new things! Prices may change to reflect seasonal fluctuations in ingredient pricing. As a vegan establishment, I personally ensure all your favorite treats are completely free of products containing dairy/lactose/casein/milk derivatives, eggs, gelatin, confectioner's glaze/shellac, bone-char whitened sugar, cochineal coloring, and all animal byproducts. I have been vegan myself for almost 8 years now (as of January 2018!) and know the ins and outs of extensive label-checking! All my ingredients are of the finest quality, and almost all are organic, fair trade, and/or locally sourced whenever possible. Roll With It runs on wind power! When you order from us, you are supporting a small, local, 2nd-generation American (my grandmother was a Greek immigrant), disabled, woman-owned 100% vegan business that avidly recycles, upcycles, tries to compost and organic garden; veganism/animal/human rights, raising little vegans, rescued cats & local animal rescue efforts, AND eco-friendliness! Go you! I am a Texas Cottage Food Business ~ I only prepare non-potentially hazardous baked goods, and have passed the State Food Handler's Safety course requirements. I have an extensive background in food operations - much of my family has owned restaurants and cafés since before the 1970's, I have worked in several restaurants, and I have done home baking for decades. Keeping my kitchen sanitized is of utmost importance for me to ensure superior, delicious food. I take every possible step to prevent cross-contamination of my gluten-free, soy-free, and nut-free products, and I always make everything 100% vegan - dairy and egg free. However, I do use wheat, soy, and nuts frequently - so if you have a very severe allergy, these treats may not be right for you. *Orders in excess of $96 subject to owner's discretion and 9% preparation fee where deemed applicable to account for time, material, and labor for large orders. Non-refundable 50% deposit required for material costs for these orders.
