GOARMYROTC.COM is a website created by Communication Technologies Inc. to assist the army rotc program in placing retired or recently honorably separated, Reserve and National Guard component Army officers and NCOs in ROTC units at colleges and universities across the United States. We currently are placing Assistant Professor of Military Science and Leadership (APMS) , Enlisted Instructors, Administrative Specialist, and Logistics Specialist.
