The Association of Colorado Independent Schools (ACIS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the continuous improvement of member schools by providing accreditation, professional development, and advocacy services. Members of ACIS operate without governmental funding or control. That allows the leadership of each school to determine the nature and purpose of its educational program. ACIS is affiliated with the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS).
