Square Sounds Festival (formerly Blip Festival) kicks off in February 2013 with a show at the Evelyn Hotel in Melbourne Australia and will be joined later in 2013 with a show in Tokyo Japan and potentially more shows down the track. The 2 day festival which primarily focuses on chipmusic (also known as chiptune or 8bit music) also incorporates some styles influenced by chipmusic and its beginnings thrown it.
