“InnoPower@JC: Fellowship for Teachers and Social Workers” is a four-year project that aims to build innovative capacity of teachers and social workers in Hong Kong. Teachers and social workers, holding strong influence to our next generation and the well-being of our community, are the key to creating a better society. This talent-centred development programme offers these professionals the privileges of time, space, management support, resources and, most important of all, a collaborative platform to equip themselves, through local and overseas learning experience, with hands-on knowledge, cross-sectorial exposure and international perspectives that will inspire them to generate innovative solutions to address the increasingly complex social issues in the 21st century.
