The 34th Judicial District Attorney’s Office in collaboration with the El Paso County Attorney’s Office is interested in the promotion of healthy relationships by providing access to information about domestic abuse and dating violence to the El Paso community and surrounding rural areas. Our main focus is the recognition of warning signs of abuse and the availability of intervention and prevention services.

Laura's House provides emergency shelter to women and children fleeing domestic violence situations. We also provide counseling and legal support to the whole family, batterers intervention program (52 week, court mandated),outreach and education to the community on the effects and prevention of domestic violence.
