New Harmony Farm,LLC is a small, certified organic farm located on two fields in West Newbury and Newbury Massachusetts. We grow an extensive selection of vegetables, herbs, and flowers including heirloom and hard-to-find varieties and sell our products directly to our community through our CSA, sales to local restaurants and grocers, and our self-serve farm stand at our Newbury farm. OUR HISTORY: In 2011, Erin Stack with support from her husband Michael and their teenage girls Tara and Izzy, purchased the original farm located near the banks of the Merrimack river in West Newbury from her dear friends and mentors Bonnie Silva and Russ Barry (founders of the Greater Newburyport CSA). Erin continues Russ and Bonnie’s loving stewardship of the land and their passion for growing delicious and healthy organic produce. In 2013, Niall and Katie Robinson (friends of Erin through their environmental activism in Newburyport) bought the 15.8 acre farm formally known as Iron Moon in Newbury, MA and they are partnering with Erin to make New Harmony Farm, LLC a 2 field, 2 family farm. Erin is the farm manager of both fields and both families are excited as we develop the farm and increase our environmental education programs. Inspired by the Shakers vision of merging spirit, community, beauty and innovation, New Harmony Farm brings together artists, permaculture specialists, research scientists, environmental educators, interns and our CSA shareholders in a unique environmental educational program and working organic farm. Our vision brings together art, science, and Spirit to sustain our community with nutritious organic food while promoting a more intimate understanding of our interdependence with nature. Although New Harmony Farm, LLC is the only certified organic CSA in the Newburyport area, our farm is taking the tenets of organic practice to an even higher level through our commitment to biological growing practices, permaculture principles, and commitment to working with Nature to build soil life and our crop immune systems through optimal nutrition to cultivate nutritious, flavor dense and chemical free vegetables grown in an earth friendly way. Our CSA offers a wide variety of produce that includes “classic” varieties plus heirloom, ethnic and other hard-to-find varieties. We create site specific projects which embrace the inherent qualities of the environment. Design and sustainability are brought together to develop appropriate desert responses to modern living and working spaces. We are based on the meaning behind the term “ASSEMBLAGE,” a collection and/or gathering of individuals or things with similar beliefs brought together for a common purpose. We come together ... not out of need ... but out of a spirit of mutual respect for each other’s talents and a genuine desire to collaborate. The French refer to “terroir” in wine making, meaning a group of vineyards from the same region, belonging to a specific appellation, and sharing the same type of soil, weather conditions, which contribute to give its specific personality to the wine. Every community should have it’s own character, a spiritual terrior. Design that is grounded in the spiritual terrior is going to have a big impact on it’s community. The work behind assemblageSTUDIO seeks to capture this feeling of place and specific identity.

Burleson Consulting | Environmental Puzzle Masters
http://pageoverview.com/website-report/burlesonconsulting.com
The Golden Gate National Recreation Area, managed by the National Park Service, protects 80,000 acres of pristine ecologically and historically significant landscapes surrounding the San Francisco Bay Area. Much of the park is land formally used by the United States Army, which includes historical sites such as Fort Barry and Fort Mason, and several artillery Batteries. The Park is home to world famous tourist attractions such as Muir Woods National Monument, Alcatraz Island, and the Presidio of San Francisco. Since winning the contract in June 2015, Burleson has been working with the National Park Service to provide environmental support on a number of projects. We have conducted Underground Storage Tank and lead-based paint investigations at Fort Baker and Fort Barry, completed a HAZMAT Survey at a former Nike Missile Site (Sweeney Ridge in San Bruno), and conducted soil and geophysical investigations at Fort Mason. We are conducting a project at Alcatraz Island that includes AST removal and designing an Oil Water Separator treatment system. We are also removing contaminated soil from a diesel spill and replacing fuel lines at the Presidio of San Francisco. Our team enjoys working at the foot of the Golden Gate Bridge and exploring Alcatraz Island while successfully completing NPS projects.

Elliott + Associates Architects
http://pageoverview.com/website-report/e-a-a.com
Established in 1976, Elliott + Associates Architects is a full-service architectural firm of licensed architects, interior and graphic designers and support personnel. The firm has designed award-winning projects for corporate and residential clients, arts organizations, museums and public spaces. Elliott + Associates Architects has been doing environmentally sensitive architecture long before it became fashionable. Although the firm’s projects are not exclusively located in Oklahoma, they are adept in working with the elements of the land. There is concern about the sun, where the wind comes from, and the best way to let light into a building. There is a deep respect and connection to Oklahoma’s red soil, the tall grass prairies, the wind, the pioneers and the American Indian. Elliott + Associates’ practice has not been restricted to Oklahoma. Projects, process and inspiration have grown from Oklahoma roots and applied to work in London, as well as over 50 cities in the United States. This dedication to architecture is commendable as displayed in their level of design excellence. The Elliott team has received ten National AIA Honor Awards for Architecture, which places the firm as the ninth winningest in AIA history. Instead of viewing their location as a restriction, the firm has proven quality design can be produced without limitations.
