Pyeong Chang’s side dishes (banchans) comes in seven different types of vegetables and they are interchanged every day and seasonally except for Kimchi and sweet potatoes. The seven different banchans are cooked with the vegetables that appear in season in particular, it is well known as a healthy food to minimize the destruction of nutrients. The beans used to make soft tofu are known as the natural meat that soil brings to the table.
