He attended Baltimore City Public Schools, and is a graduate of Baltimore City College high school, Franklin Pierce College and Baruch College, City University of New York. Terrell has worked alongside leaders like Attorney General Brian Frosh to stand up to the Trump Administration. Through his organizing, he has worked with local grassroots leaders to make our neighborhoods stronger. Terrell and his wife, Amy (a special education teacher in our public schools), are proud to raise their family right here in Baltimore.
