The Federal Circuit Court of Australia (also known as the Federal Circuit Court) was established at the end of 1999. The Court is an independent federal court under the Australian Constitution. The jurisdiction of the Federal Circuit Court includes family law and child support, administrative law, bankruptcy, unlawful discrimination, consumer protection law, privacy law, migration, copyright, industrial relations and admiralty law.
