Domains targeting keyword end of policing

DEMANDS We demand an end to discriminatory and abusive policing by the NYPD. Identifying reforms and evaluating systemic change should be led and evaluated by affected communities. In NYC, these are primarily low-income communities of color, including: Black and Latino New Yorkers, youth, immigrants, LGBT and gender non-conforming people, women, people who are homeless, people with disabilities, and those perceived to be Muslim.  The following demands are NYC-specific, though we are in solidarity with many national demands that have been put forward.
