NUS Synthetic Biology for Clinical and Technological Innovation (SynCTI) was formally established in 2014 as the focal research program for Synthetic Biology at the National University of Singapore. SynCTI operates as a highly interdisciplinary research core that amalgamates researchers from multiple disciplinary fields, and closely interacts with other research programs within NUS, leveraging on existing research capabilities in synthetic biology that have been developed through funding from local and international organizations. At its initiation, SynCTI will focus on three strategic research thrusts that represent foundational aspects of synthetic biology, and present significant opportunities to advance knowledge and core enabling technologies in synthetic biology

The best eligible candidates will be awarded a Marie Sklodowska-Curie fellowship.The Wetsus research program brings together research on water technology from over 16 universities from all over Europe in one physical location in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands. The research is demand driven through active participation of more than 100 industrial partners in the program. Key elements in the program are the strong focus on interdisciplinary interaction, entrepreneurial skills and societal relevance.You will be working in an innovative, dynamic and future-directed institute on water technology research.
