Fast Freddie Foundation is about providing low income children with bikes and the skills to ride them safely. We teach life skills through cycling.

At the Winning Edge, we provide sport psychology services to achieve peak performance in life and sport. We believe that performance in sport can serve as a metaphor for life. Many of the mental skills that athletes acquire to achieve success in their sport can be utilized in other aspects of their lives, where performance comes into play. Our job is to help an athlete reach his or her full potential whether it be directly on the playing field or in life pursuits. Our program serves youth and adult athletes, coaches, teams, and parents in the Santa Barbara area as well as nationwide, by phone. The Winning Edge works with athletes involved in cycling, tennis, triathlon, running, soccer, swimming and more.
