In general, just about anything you see here can be made available gluten free for a small fee (some soy-free items will also incur an additional $5 charge), ~ in general - most gluten-free cupcakes are $36/dozen. I have been vegan myself for almost 8 years now (as of January 2018!) and know the ins and outs of extensive label-checking! All my ingredients are of the finest quality, and almost all are organic, fair trade, and/or locally sourced whenever possible. Roll With It runs on wind power! I have an extensive background in food operations - much of my family has owned restaurants and cafés since before the 1970's, I have worked in several restaurants, and I have done home baking for decades. Keeping my kitchen sanitized is of utmost importance for me to ensure superior, delicious food. I take every possible step to prevent cross-contamination of my gluten-free, soy-free, and nut-free products, and I always make everything 100% vegan - dairy and egg free. However, I do use wheat, soy, and nuts frequently - so if you have a very severe allergy, these treats may not be right for you. *Orders in excess of $96 subject to owner's discretion and 9% preparation fee where deemed applicable to account for time, material, and labor for large orders. Until 2013 I had mainly used a Canon EOS 7D with a range of lenses including the EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM, EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM and the EF 50mm f/1.4 USM. The acquisition in 2013 of a Fujifilm X100S totally changed my view on small cameras and photography … at the moment it’s all I use for 99% of the time. My first main project was 365 Days of Self Portraits. Each portrait was done on consecutive days and posted the same day to my Flickr account. Since then I’ve done a 52 Weeks of self portraits project which has now been finished and published on 365 Self Portraits … A second and third set of 52 Weeks were completed in 2011 and 2012. I have since produced a Black & White Still Life project (2013) and in 2014 portraits of my wife Jan produced with the Fujifilm X100S camera.
